CQI Plan for School Health Centers

This plan represents the required annual CQI plan for School Health Centers.All SHCs are required to develop and implement a quality improvement program that monitors and evaluates the appropriateness, effectiveness, and accessibility to the services provided, and the positive/negative health outcomes (Il. Admin. Code, Ch. 1, 2200.130).

The statewide CQI plan for FY09 will now include an Update of the Medical Indicators and a Mental Health Component. Please view the CQI Plan overview to find out more.
